We use access controls, encrypted service secrets, provider-level security features, role-based workflows where available, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access. Customers should also control user permissions, passwords, CRM access, and campaign approval processes.

SETTEROS may rely on service providers for hosting, payments, email, CRM workflows, voice AI, analytics, and automation. These providers process data as needed to deliver the service.

5. Sensitive Information

Customers should avoid collecting sensitive personal, medical, financial, or regulated information through public-facing AI workflows unless their legal, compliance, and vendor requirements have been reviewed and approved.
